A wonderfully informative interview. Professor Vaver’s knowledge on copyright is all the more valuable as he explains the current law in terms of the historical and the contemporary European context. He masterfully raises the issue as to the extend human rights will be given priority in trade deals. This podcast was amazing legal journey.
