Lofgren “Very Nervous” About ACTA

The National Journal reports that Congresswomen Zoe Lofgren has expressed her concern about ACTA.  Lofgren told a crowd of high-tech executives that the six-page outline of ACTA leaves her very nervous, particularly the prospect of moving toward a three-strikes approach for ISPs.
